Actually I agree with you above
Id MUCH rather use REAL equip outside
But living in north Missouri in the winter doesn't
allow that due to weather and time constraints
hence my desire to not wrap up a bunch of money into
indoor equip. Or ate least get equip that is cost
effective for cardio work
As far as muscle work..... the dumb bells and bench
will work out just fine as far as easy to move, cost
effectiveness, and compactness.

a bit of everything really..... good cardio workout,
good muscle development , and most important
flexibility but yet nothings that impacts any joints.

As the great elzinator used to teach in her clases, any aerobic exercise
that involves sitting down is far inferior to one where you stand and do
something.
If you think great things are going to be accomplished while sitting on your
ass, go for it. Lots of lazy, ignorant people will agree with you.
And the above David, who you seem to think is a good source of information,
sells the crap he is reccomending to you.
He is also a troll.

What do you think you are doing on a rower, idiot? Last time I checked, you
row by sitting on your ass.
