I am having trouble doing squats unless my feet are a little more than
should width apart and my toes are pointed outward at about a 45
degree angle. Is there anything wrong with that form?

Just make sure to keep your knees out when you come up, so they move in line
with your toes.

Exercise is a dirty word. Whenever I hear it, I wash my mouth out with

The important thing is that your knees track in the same direction as
your foot so as not to hurt your knees.

According to Frederic Delavier (Strength Training Anatomy: Second
Edition), when executing the classic squat with the feet approximately
shoulder width apart, the feet should be parallel or slightly pointed
to the outside. He adds that an individual's unique physical
structure should be taken into consideration to ensure that the feet
are in line with the knees. For example, if you naturally walk with
the feet pointed out, you might want to perform the squat with the
feet pointed out.
It's pretty standard advice to say that the knees should be over the
feet (the second toes actually) throughout the squat.
Ken Kinakin in _Optimal Muscle Training_ describes two different kinds
of squats: the powerlifting style in which the knees stay over the
feet and the bodybuilding style in which the knees move over the feet.
In the powerlifting style, the benefits are less strain on the knee
joint and maximal leverage for power from the hip and gluteal muscles.
This style potentially increases stress on the lower back joints.
Kinakin classifies the powerlifting style as "low risk."
He classifies the bodybuilding style as "medium risk" as the increased
knee angle increases stress on the knee joints and ligaments. The
benefit is increased stress on the quadriceps muscle.

Yep, my knees are angled out at pretty close to exactly the same angle
as my toes.
Thanks

Here is a solution for keeping your erections longer. Work up your
erection until you are about to ejaculate and then hold it with yer pc
muscle for about 1 minute or so. Then wait until your penis becomes
completely loose and then do it again. Do it 5 times a day and you will
see that in a week or so you'll have some control. The more you
practice the more control you'll get. My advice to you is that don't
play with your cock much as you used to. Good luck. Also try using ED
drugs like Cialis or viagra from an online pharmacy like
